I am constantly bemused by the characters I meet at our local dog beach. 'Audrey' has such a beautiful personality that shines through all of her skin and slobber as she struts along the sand.

This painting was lovingly completed in watercolour, acrylic and gouache. The print is the same size as the original painting and is of very high quality, every brush stroke captured in fine detail.

Rachel-Lee Murray is a mixed media artist based in Newcastle. A former reporter/producer for Channel Nine and later a primary school teacher, she discovered her true passion for painting and photography in the early 2000's. Rachel's other passion is travelling and her work often incorporates places she has visited and urban culture. Many of her current works reflect her love of bicycles. Rachel also enjoys painting contemporary portraits of people and pets.
