Artwork Description

'Ragged blossoms' is a reference to May Gibbs' 'Snugglepot and Cuddlepie,'
a gorgeous old book I rediscovered during my lockdown clean-up. Our warmer spring weather even puts a shine on lockdown, when I can open up my studio doors and enjoy the sun. The latest in my botanical series, I hope this painting emits the joy I felt as I was creating it.

This original oil work is painted on a beautiful, sturdy, wooden board with thick edges.
