Artwork Description

My first 'grown-up' bike was red and took me a year to save up for. As a 12 year-old, it gave me a taste of freedom and independence and a life-long love of bikes.

This acrylic painting features fragments of maps, tickets and music posters scavenged from city streets and cafes. Six wooden panels are combined and mounted on a wooden board.
