Raquel Moucachen lives in regional South Australia. Born and raised in Brazil, she draws inspiration from both countries' colorful, rich and diverse nature.
She enjoys experimenting with each artwork, building layers, texture, and contrast, combining this with her passion for incorporating metallic colors into some of her work.
"A simple walk to the park with my kids inspires me with all the colors, textures, sounds, and smells. Beautiful beaches, mountains, and all the landscapes I've been to still live somewhere in my mind and it's a joy being able to transfer this love on to a canvas."
