Artwork Description

Painting on flat canvas. Actual painting is 70cm x 43cm. There is a 5cm extra border all around to allow for stretching.

Artwork represents my family. I have represented myself, husband and five children and the love and close bond we have within our family. I have represented journey paths we have taken from living in the Kimberley and Pilbara region. I have also represented our time spent out bush near Beagle Bay being connected to country and spending time gathering around the fire place telling stories and enjoying each other company. I have also represented other family and friends who have been positive people in our life. It also has the beautiful countryside of natural elements of bush flowers, sand hills, bush fruits, waterholes and bush seeds.
