This was a Heidi piece through and through.
She was deep in a pink phase (like couldn’t stop using it) and she just wanted to loosen everything up. Less control, more flow. Letting the paint do its thing instead of overthinking it.
So she made it more fluid, and added water to the paints, she wanted to be more free… just seeing what would happen.
And then that green shape landed in the middle.
We both looked at it like… wait… is that a Pegasus?
Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
Like it’s right in the middle of taking off.
The whole piece ended up feeling soft and dreamy but still a bit playful and random, like it wasn’t trying too hard.
One of those happy accidents that turns into something kind of magical.
