Blessed to have been born on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, the very beginning of my creative adventure started when my mother first got me into drawing to keep me from being under her feet while she cooked dinner. Surrounded by a family who made surfing accessories, the beach life has always been a major influence on me as a person. At the age of nine, my family and me would move to what we all call our home now, the Macleay Valley on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia.
Instantly I fell in love with the area, in all its beauty and uniqueness.
The lifestyle of being a surfer, rock fisherman and bush walker, whereby soaking in the stunning beauty of the area, has slowly inspired me to turn my artistic side into the creations that you see upon my canvases today.
