This piece depicts a typical scene on Bondi beach's promenade. The subject, a young man on a bicycle, was spotted cruising up and down the famous walkway seemingly without a care or stress in his mind. the leisurely rider was photographed and then adapted to a mixed media artwork as a part of Ro's continued fascination with the beauty of everyday moments and the interaction between regular people and their environments.
Perfectly partnered with the sister-piece 'North Bondi Crossing' who's complimentary colour and composition speak beautifully with that of this piece.
