I am a self taught artist and my styles include expressive realism, impressionism and abstract using acrylics and sometimes inks as well, on canvas. I love big bold colour, and simple subjects using visible brush strokes and texture. My initial inspiration came from the French Basque artist Bruno Lacroix and some of my very first works were after his! Now my ideas come from the colour, light and shapes I see in nature, photography and everyday things!
I paint pet portraits and I am more than happy to paint commissions!
