I have only picked up a pencil in last couple of years as I had some medical complications back in 2019 which changed my life and left me unfortunately in a wheelchair and lots of time. So I have adjusted to my new lifestyle and I have embrace watercolour and acrylic painting, love sketching and don’t mind a little charcoal. Still finding my way a little with watercolour techniques but loving the challenge, I have had few requests along my journey but love doing my own little projects and definitely learning about different mediums. I generally like to pick my own projects but I have had a few requests for loved or lost pets or for those special moments and memories in their life that they want to be framed and keep. it’s an emotional experience when I get to paint theses special moments as I feel like I’m part of their something special piece and it’s very satisfying when I get to hand over the finished piece and to watch their gasp for air and then a big smile and sometimes a little tears…it’s very very rewarding to be part of someone life.
