A special atmosphere surrounds you as you come closer to Lake Ainsworth on the north coast of NSW, a sacred place of Bundjalung people and Aboriginal women where they would wash in the tea-tree infused water after giving birth.
This brown, tea-like liquid, magnetically invites you to bath and surrender to its warm temperature and its amazing sense of peace and safety, like being immersed in a womb, taking you back to a non-time, to the origin where life-force weighs more substantially on the scale.
It is here, full of awe, that my heart feels free of boundaries. And as everything intertwines and merges just perfectly, with no separation between humans and nature, this project represents my deepest gratitude to life.
