Artwork Description

If you were to catch a train from the Airport in Okinawa, to walk down Shikina-En, Kinjo Stone Road and Shurijo Castle, then you'd probably get off at Gibo Station and turn right at this road.

The building to the left is the La Gare Cafe, and the building to the right is Chinen Manshon.

The black frame was hand made for this piece, and the string has held up to hanging on my wall for many weeks, as I do very much love this piece.

One of the earliest of many pieces depicting roads and places I long to one day visit.
