New Art

A painting I started as a teenager that I never completed. When I began my journey into art once again, I wanted to repurpose the canvas, but found that I liked some of the colours, and that hiding the old imagery could be difficult. The lettering and patterns were the solution; hiding the parts I disliked, protecting some colour and preserving the original forms to prevent unusual shapes detracting from the piece.

I have a hard time organising myself. I've bought a lot of canvases, and don't keep all of them in the house with me, so some of the canvas sizes are a bit of an 'educated guess', but I'm happy to confirm any sizes before sale. (If this website facilitates a way for you to contact me?)
