Recently I have turned to my immediate environment for subject matter where the sounds and views from, and of, the mountain behind me provide me with ongoing living, changing sources of inspiration.
I note the changes in light during different seasons and in this work, I have rejoiced in the transition from our bare, harsh winter landscape to a colour filled blossoming landscape. Smell the air. Smell the perfumes.
