Artwork Description

SENSATIONAL! WOW! WOW!
As I created "Beachside Whispers" I wanted to evoke the serenity I feel when spending time by the ocean at dusk. With the use of fluid art techniques, delicate patterns form, reminiscent of shells scattered across the velvet sands, inviting you to explore the nuances of natures artistry amid the haunting echoes of surfs ebb and flow. I let the fluid mediums spontaneous movement create a delicate ripple affect with an intricate silk like webbing... Each layer mirrors the sea hues of the shore, forming a captivating tapestry that speaks of the whispers from the beachside-soft, soothing, and endlessly mesmerizing.
"Beachside Whispers" will be sadly missed, as it was a real challenge for me. I spent many hours on the painting sometimes working against the mediums own desire to take over but I finally won and the outcome is simply divine and one I truly adore.
Images on a screen do not portray the intricate detail and the non tactile textures in this artwork, as it really needs to be seen in person to really appreciate the overall beauty and simplicity of the piece.
I have chosen to frame this elegant artwork in a light timber oak frame which really enhances the colour palette and elevates the artwork to a new level of sophistication and elegance.
The artwork is minimalistic in nature and will look stunning in a space that has a modern fresh, light and bright decor. Perhaps a coastal / Hamptoms atmosphere with rattan accents and breezy light sheers evoking the feeling of being beachside. Alternatively in a darker space where you want to give it a lift and create contrast.
"Beachside Whispers" comes ready to hang in a landscape orientation but as it is a multidirectional piece (to fit your space) I can apply the hardware in the orientation you desire. Either landscape or portrait. Just message me after purchase and I will accommodate your preference. The artwork also comes with a certificate of authenticity for your records. Soft layers of an Archival varnish has been applied to help protect it from U V rays and to enhance the colours.
If you are looking for a stunning, large one of a kind artwork that is in vogue, minimalistic with a pastel colour palette then look no further, "Beachside Whispers is the choice for you! If you are the person who this resonates with, and invests in this piece, I am sure you will enjoy it for many years to come, as it is one that will really have you intrigued with its elegant, beachside vibe from the moment your eyes connect with it.
Thank you for taking the time to read the tale of "Beachside Whispers"

Artist Bio

I push fluid art beyond the pour, beyond the patterns, beyond the expected!
Because fluid art isn't just about what the paint does. It's about what you make it say!

I am an award winning artist. Please see some of my achievements on my profile.
Coming from a family of artists, I have been surrounded by creativity and artistic expression throughout my life, which has significantly shaped my approach to art today. I am sure I was born with paint running through my veins and paintbrush in hand.
I was born in Sydney NSW and have been living on the beautiful Gold Coast in QLD for the last 16years.
I am an independent self-educated artist, across many diverse art forms including acrylic abstract art, Chinese brush painting, alcohol ink painting, bark pictures and over the last 6 years I have been challenging my spirits and exploring the many different facets and techniques of fluid art. My art style is modern contemporary/abstract, sometimes leaning towards impressionism and the techniques I use in this art form , have captured a new edgy perspective from the usual fluid art experience. I mainly use acrylic paints with polymer as a flow medium, although I also love to use alcohol ink as another medium.
As an abstract fluid artist influenced by impressionism, my inspiration and my artistic practice flows from my love of IKIGAI where passion, mission, vocation, and profession converge. My aim is to evoke emotion and provoke thought through vibrant and subtle colours and dynamic forms. The natural beauty of coastal and hinterland landscapes on the Gold Coast further fuels my creativity, allowing me to express my experiences and emotions through my art. I embrace the fluidity of life, allowing each piece to evolve organically, reflecting the beauty of existence and invite viewers to explore the depths of their own IKIGAI.
My artworks are held in private collections throughout Australia and abroad and have also been represented in many galleries across Queensland and NSW and internationally.

The pour is just the beginning!
