Artwork Description

"The Language Of The Land"is a testament to the beauty of uncertainty, as the fluid paint and unpredictable processes used to create this piece reflect the dynamic, ever-changing nature of the earth itself, inviting you to to step into the unknown and explore the uncharted territories of the imagination.
This piece is an exercise in listening to the land, allowing its rhythm's, textures and patterns to guide the medium and inform the final piece, which becomes a kind of visual translation of the lands unique voice.
A truly beautiful large impressionistic landscape painting which has been a joy to create and will look stunning in any interior decor you may have in your home or commercial space. The colour palette employed is mixed, but still speaks to you without a dominating presence. I have used artists grade pigments in silvers. corals, terracotta, light green, pinks, mocha, beige/ greys, with touches of ebony for contrasting in many layers, to give depth and texture to the painting.
As the paint flows effortlessly over the deep edge canvas there is no real need to have this artwork framed but it would certainly enhance the overall elegance of the work and add another level of interest. Your choice, but please leave extra time for this process . The textures and detail in the painting are mesmerizing and no image on a screen can really depict this detail to the fullest until it is viewed in person.
The painting is coated with a soft layer of Archival varnish to help protect it from U V rays and is ready to just hang in your space, as all hardware is attached. A certificate of authenticity is also included.
Thank you for taking the time to read the tale of this beautiful landscape painting.
My hope is that "The Language Of The Land" will resonate with you the reader/collector and encourage you to take that leap of faith and invest in this one of a kind fluid artwork.

Artist Bio

I am an award winning artist. Please see my achievements on my profile.
Coming from a family of artists, I have been surrounded by creativity and artistic expression throughout my life, which has significantly shaped my approach to art today. I am sure I was born with paint running through my veins and paintbrush in hand.
I was born in Sydney NSW and have been living on the beautiful Gold Coast in QLD for the last 10 years.
I am an independent self-educated artist, across many diverse art forms including acrylic abstract art, Chinese brush painting, alcohol ink painting, bark pictures and over the last 4 years I have been challenging my spirits and exploring the many different facets and techniques of fluid art. My art style is modern contemporary/abstract, sometimes leaning towards impressionism and the techniques I use in this art form , have captured a new edgy perspective from the usual fluid art experience. I mainly use acrylic paints with polymer as a flow medium, although I also love to use alcohol ink as another medium.
As an abstract fluid artist influenced by impressionism, my inspiration and my artistic practice flows from my love of IKIGAI where passion, mission, vocation, and profession converge. My aim is to evoke emotion and provoke thought through vibrant and subtle colours and dynamic forms. The natural beauty of the Gold Coast further fuels my creativity, allowing me to express my experiences and emotions through my art. I embrace the fluidity of life, allowing each piece to evolve organically, reflecting the beauty of existence and invite viewers to explore the depths of their own IKIGAI.
