Artwork Description

Can you picture this hanging in your home?
Not every seascape has a horizon. Some simply capture a feeling.

There is a place where the world slows, where the sound of the sea becomes a steady breath and every worry is carried away on the tide, "Where The Ocean Breathes" is an expression of that feeling. Through fluid movement and soft coastal tones, the painting celebrates the ocean's ability to restore, calm and reconnect us with nature's quiet rhythm.
Free flowing forms created by my fluid techniques merge with intricate cellular textures, creating movement that feels both powerful and gentle at the same time. The work reflects the ocean as a living presence-constantly shifting, endlessly breathing and forever in motion.
Make sure to zoom in on the artwork to fully appreciate the fine detail and non tactile textures.
"Where The World Breathes" has an ethereal presence to it and will compliment any style of decor you may have in your home or commercial space, especially one with a coastal, breezy atmosphere.
I have coted the piece with a soft layer of Archival varnish to help protect it from U V rays and is ready to just hang in your desired space. A certificate of authenticity is also included.
As the paint flows effortlessly over the deep edge canvas there is no real need to frame the artwork, but this is an option Bluethumb provides for you. If you do decide on framing, please allow extra time for your delivery.
Thank you for looking in on this delightful abstract work, I hope that it will resonate with you, the viewer/collector and give you many years of visual pleasure if you decide to add the piece to your collection or just start with this one.

Not every seascape tells a story.
Some simply let you feel one.

Artist Bio

I am an award winning artist. Please see some of my achievements on my profile.
Coming from a family of artists, I have been surrounded by creativity and artistic expression throughout my life, which has significantly shaped my approach to art today. I am sure I was born with paint running through my veins and paintbrush in hand.
I was born in Sydney NSW and have been living on the beautiful Gold Coast in QLD for the last 16years.
I am an independent self-educated artist, across many diverse art forms including acrylic abstract art, Chinese brush painting, alcohol ink painting, bark pictures and over the last 6 years I have been challenging my spirits and exploring the many different facets and techniques of fluid art. My art style is modern contemporary/abstract, sometimes leaning towards impressionism and the techniques I use in this art form , have captured a new edgy perspective from the usual fluid art experience. I mainly use acrylic paints with polymer as a flow medium, although I also love to use alcohol ink as another medium.
As an abstract fluid artist influenced by impressionism, my inspiration and my artistic practice flows from my love of IKIGAI where passion, mission, vocation, and profession converge. My aim is to evoke emotion and provoke thought through vibrant and subtle colours and dynamic forms. The natural beauty of coastal and hinterland landscapes on the Gold Coast further fuels my creativity, allowing me to express my experiences and emotions through my art. I embrace the fluidity of life, allowing each piece to evolve organically, reflecting the beauty of existence and invite viewers to explore the depths of their own IKIGAI.
My artworks are held in private collections throughout Australia and abroad and have also been represented in many galleries across Queensland and NSW and internationally.
