Artwork Description

“Into the Blue” is an immersive ocean-inspired resin artwork that captures the quiet pull of deep water and the hypnotic movement of the tide. Layers of rich teal, turquoise, and deep navy swirl together in organic patterns, echoing aerial views of hidden coves and shifting currents beneath the surface.

Soft, foamy whites trace the edges like waves meeting the shore, while subtle cellular textures create depth and motion—inviting the viewer to get lost in the details. The circular form enhances the feeling of continuity and flow, symbolizing the endless rhythm of the sea.

Inspired by coastal landscapes and the calming energy of water, this piece brings a sense of tranquility, depth, and natural elegance into any space. “Into the Blue” is both a statement and an escape—designed to transport you, even if just for a moment, to the stillness and mystery of the ocean.

Artist Bio

Rochelle is a self taught artist (& mum of 2) who draws her inspiration from the natural beauty around her. From her early morning walks through the botanical gardens to watching the sunset from her home over the coastline of Far North Queensland. Rochelle uses art as a positive outlet to bring the beauty from the outside world to your inner world, giving you a sense of calm within. Rochelle's work is a meditative process that begins in her mind & is intuitively guided on canvas. Using a mixed range of mediums & a neutral palette building layer upon layer to create not only texture and depth but one-of-a-kind artworks that bring harmonious feeling to any space.
Rochelle hopes you love her work just as much as she loves creating them.
