I am a ex Merchant Seaman, ex Vietnam Vet. retired at 72.
I have always had a “feeling” that I could produce something drawing wise and never really had the time to do anything about it. Since retirement I have at last started out on an exciting journey that is allowing me to “express” this feeling.
There are so many mediums to use, so many ideas to explore.
I am pleased to present some of my work for display, I have sold several paintings over the years and am enjoying the wonders of creating pieces that have appeal., and hope some of it brings encouragement to other people who have a “feeling” to have a go.
I was really chuffed to be presented with Regional Artist of the year 2023 !
