The stories behind my art are based on the journey of releasing ourselves from beliefs, and societal conditioning and the expectations of others, and my belief that play is imperative to a healthy, inspiring and creative life.

I paint in the style of abstract expressionism making intuitive strokes, marks, and splashes with a random assortment of brushes and tools. Essentially I am transferring my most authentic expression onto the canvas using paint, charcoal or whatever medium I can get my hands on, while keeping the essence of playfulness alive.

My goal is for my artwork to inspire your own creative expression, evoke deep conversations and connections with other humans, and to restore a sense of play in your life.
