Artwork Description

When I was much younger, I went on a grass roots holiday in Asia.
I loved the bright yet soft colours of the silk lanterns on display at night in HoiAn.
This painting conjures up memories of youthfully scooting along in the warm night air and savouring the energy on streets that teemed with life , colour and light.
All watercolours are painted on 100% 300gsm, cold pressed, rough, cotton, 'paper'.
Framing is Double matted and under glass.
