This piece uses collaged material and stencilled patterns nestled amongst marks made in a free and intuitive way. As the title suggests, it was a pleasure to create.

Painting feels like my most natural form of communication. It's as though I've always got something to say that's best said with paints. Prior to 2021 my works fell somewhere on the contemporary realism spectrum. Currently I'm exploring the world of abstract art; focusing on creating works that encourage both myself and the viewer to follow feelings and emotions to find meaning in the piece .
