We have a family of Magpies in our garden who bring us endless hours of pure joy. These were painted from the dozens of photos and videos that we've captured of our beauties over the past year.

Painting feels like my most natural form of communication. It's as though I've always got something to say that's best said with paints. Prior to 2021 my works fell somewhere on the contemporary realism spectrum. Currently I'm exploring the world of abstract art; focusing on creating works that encourage both myself and the viewer to follow feelings and emotions to find meaning in the piece .
