Locally known as "One Tree Hill", perhaps the person who was responsible for the name was visually impaired, i don't know....regardless, its worth the hike to the top and enjoy the sprawling landscape below.
The paint application is very loose and generous in an attempt to capture the energy of the area which is in itself loose and wild, and those beautiful colours the Canberra area is famous for.
The piece is set in a floating frame of solid Tasmanian Oak with Oak accents and eggshell black sides to compliment the light oak of the frame whilst providing contrast against the background colour.
