Artwork Description

This piece is inspired by the tranquility of a summer garden contrasting with our innate capacity to hold fear, worry and anxiety in the body. Nature represents everything we need to know in order to truly heal & this piece explores that contrast of the human mind and body compared to nature's tranquility and balance.

Artist Bio

Sabina Puzey is a multidisciplinary artist whose work is rooted in the deep belief that nature, in its stillness and intelligence, holds the keys to our peace and healing. Her practice explores the intersection of the human experience and the natural world, inviting viewers to step into a quieter rhythm—one where wholeness and clarity can be remembered.

Guided by a background in healing and spiritual mentorship, she approaches painting as both prayer and revelation. Her acrylic and oil works often emerge from visions received during meditation and connection with the divine. These paintings—botanical, symbolic, and serene—are encoded with intention and imbued with frequency, designed to hold space for inner transformation. Every piece is an offering of stillness, gently leading the viewer back to themselves.

A passionate believer in the body’s capacity to heal, Sabina also works as a guide for those navigating pain, trauma, and chronic illness. Her art becomes an extension of that work: a visual medicine cabinet, a sanctuary, a wordless teaching.

Her work has gained national recognition, with several finalist placements in respected art competitions across Australia. She held her first solo exhibition in 2024 and is currently preparing for her second, scheduled for 2025.

With a grounded yet poetic approach, [Your Name] creates art that is not just seen but felt. Her presence in any exhibition, event, or publication brings depth, softness, and a profound sense of the sacred.
