My partner is from South Australia and I have been lucky enough to visit Clare Valley on numerous occasions. Looking for a bit of nostalgia, I really wanted to paint a mini vineyard. Wine country in South Australia has these picturesque rolling hills, which are often sunburnt and provide an awesome contrast against the green grape vines and native trees that dot the countryside.
