I find that when i paint in one style, or paint one picture for to long i get a sense of longing for change, change in the sense of creative output. I recently completed a realist portrait as a commission for a buyer, as much as i loved it as per usual i craved the freedom of abstraction once more. This time i explored the female form, i don't do that terribly often so it was fun to take create this and i plan on exploring this further. I've been viewing a lot of Picasso and ben quilty lately, i think thats where some of the stylistic influences have come from here. I loved the release of this, i will do it again
