This landscape is based on a recent trip to the Great Ocean Road, I passed many fields of wind turbines on the horizon as I made my way up towards Warrnambool. I know some people feel these spoil the majesty of nature but to me they enhance it, they look like a herd of creatures slowly moving across the land in unison, a field of distant dead trees somehow moving in the direction of a breeze. They are monolithic and beautiful, an attempt by humanity to live in harmony with nature.
