Artwork Description

ALL THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE-
At first, he wasn’t sure what he was looking at, maybe emotional distortion was playing a part?
How had things unraveled so intensely without him noticing?
Or was it a case of ‘out of sight, out of mind’ and he had chosen to put her requests out of sight?
He stood there, completely stripped of all his bravado, and searched for the answer in a sea of images.
Suddenly it moved to the front of the line…and it was all there, in black and white.

Artist Bio

I navigate my thoughts through my art, whether it be an outlet for internal energy or art therapy pieces to calm my mind and my Schizophrenia.
The process of creating internal thoughts into a visual identity is a rabbit hole that can stretch for an eternity.
The moments shared between the artist and their works, is a fascinating bond.. Every piece has my emotions attached to it, making it more than just canvas and paint.
I often compose words after staring at a finished piece, not to lead the viewer as such, but to insight their own thought process.
My art may vary as much as my mind will, allowing myself freedom and an authenticity in the art I create.
Letting go of fear and opening yourself up to vulnerability is a necessity when creating art.
