Secret Swimming Hole-
The suns hot gaze started to retreat as the children walked into the clearing.
The shade from the towering cliffs and a slight breeze that kissed the water before reaching them, welcomed bare feet and sighs of relief.
Bags were abandoned and squeals of delight filled the forest as they ran towards the swimming hole.
“I told you we would find it!” the boy said.
They all started to feel like the lake was their secret from the rest of the world.
