'Colour Burst of Banksia' has been released in the Colour your Walls range. A colourful interpretation of the Banksia Burdetti that is native to Western Australia. The beautiful Banksia Burdettii can be seen in abundance of flowers on native bushes throughout suburbs in Perth, Western Australia. The banksia fondly reminds me of visiting loved ones back home. I love to play on colour and cheekily brighten my subjects to warm your world with a splash of love from the heart.

Artist Bio
Sammi is a Central Queensland artist known for her colourful, detailed and heartwarming paintings. Sammi's art is inspired by a combination of diversity from living in the Eastern and Western coastal states of Australia. Currently living the best of both worlds in a tropical climate boasting picturesque Great Keppel Islands on the Great Barrier Reef complimented with a contrast of enjoying life on a rural farm. Earlier years in the South West of Western Australia ingrained an appreciation of the awe-inspiring rugged coastline and breathtaking views. Sammi believes we have a delightful canvas in Australia of vast contrasting landscapes, beautiful flowers and unique and interesting animals in some cases not found anywhere else in the world.
Sammi was introduced to the world of painting and creativity at an early age. A combination of painting and a portraiture and landscape photographer has provided Sammi a natural eye for light, a sense for colour and detail. Often many people miss these delightful delicacies of beauty due to our busy lives.
Sammi has completed a Diploma in Visual Arts through the Central Queensland University and is now fulfilling her dream dedicating time as an artist.
