Sandra was born and has lived in Perth all her life. Perth's beautiful blue skies, amazing coastline and unique flora & fauna has influenced her artwork. Sandra's art is inspired by sights that have taken her breath away. Sandra's art is mostly acrylics, because of its versatility of use, but she also uses other mediums.
Sandra has been painting for over 20 years and is involved in art and craft most of her life. As a member of several local art societies she regularly paints with other artists who inspire and energize her to explore new avenues and ideas. Being mostly a self taught artist she finds that not only is it very engaging and energising, it is also calming in the busy lives of today. Art is a never ending journey and Sandra hopes to continue on this road of discovery of learning for the rest of her life.
