While returning from our outback holiday, we camped off road, were we stayed was hot and red dusty soil.As we all know how are farmers suffer when it drought te loss of cattle and feed. During the night it finally rained, oh how the farmers loved the rain, I was able to get a fabulous photo of this welcomed rain Puddle. Just on Dawn the sunset was magnificent with the trees reflection on the rain Puddle. The red soil with its flecks of white sand. I can see this paint in a hallway , our above the fireplace. It would look beautiful. Framed. Oils and acrylics on canvas panel board. Orginal landscape art. Certificate of Authencity.

Im a Victorian Artist,I am based in Beautiful Dandenong Rangers.Thank you for taking the time to read about me.I have a love of working in oil paint, I started painting 16 years ago . Through my painting I have been able to express myself. From my heart to the canvas.I am self taught, have completed The Artists Way course . Focusing mostly on Botanical and Native plants florals,nature, landscapes and our native birds. The King Parrot is a favourite of mine to paint. Such a beautiful spirtual bird. My work is often influenced by nature and the many places I have visited. When going for that Sunday walk in the magnificent Dandenong Rangers.I love to explore the many different colours and patterns in my surroundings and then create onto a canvas. .Each work of art represents me. I create my art from my home studio and outdoors , amongst the tree ferns and native plants. The King parrots and Magpies, Rosellas, and the wild flowers and Botanical and Nativeflowers in the hills of the Dandenong Rangers.
My work expresses beautiful soft colours and rich colours.Exploring many shapes and colours on to the canvas.My art has been in many art shows around Melbourne and Gippsland. I have received highly commendable for my art works. I have sold paintings from galleries, artshows,collectors.

I have lived in Tecoma (Victoria) for 18 years at the foothills of the Dandenong Rangers. I'm married and have three children and Four beautiful grandchildren.
