I am an Australian artist based in St Ives, Sydney.
My passion has and will always be the Australian environment, its quirky animals, incredible biodiversity, and of course the amazing culture that comes with it. My journey began when I attended Gatton University in Queensland and studied Applied Sciences. It was from there my passion and interests grew into a fond love for the Australian environment.
The overriding theme of my art practice is based on relationships between the coloniser and the environment. My work focuses on feral and native animals of Australia, both historical associations and current impacts within these realms. I use anthropomorphism as a satire to create narrative-based artworks.
