Artwork Description

Clay Cliffs is an abstract palette knife painting of cliffs by the shore in muted shades of blue, beige, clay and olive.

The soft tones will bring calmness to any space and perfectly suit modern coastal interiors.

It is signed on the front, unframed (the edges have been painted beige) and has a hanging wire attached. Framing can be added in a material/colour if your choice at checkout.

Artist Bio

Sarah Farinski is a Melbourne-based abstract artist who has been creating and selling art for the past six years. She creates textured abstract artworks using a variety of mediums, including modelling paste, plaster and sand. Her work is largely inspired by the natural world, drawing on seascapes, expansive skies, earthy tones and organic textures. She is particularly drawn to neutral and muted colour palettes and enjoys creating harmonious combinations of colour and texture that bring depth and visual interest to an interior while still allowing the space to feel calm and balanced.

Although her work often reflects a few recognisable styles, Sarah enjoys experimenting and stepping outside her usual approach from time to time. While neutrals remain a constant influence, she occasionally introduces bolder or more colourful palettes simply to keep the creative process fresh and explore something different.

Each artwork is created with an appreciation for texture, organic movement and considered colour. Whether subtle and tonal or more expressive and colourful, Sarah's work is designed to complement a range of interiors while bringing warmth, depth and a sense of individuality to a space.
