Artwork Description

"Nostradamus"

Nostradamus is part of my Botanical Series of Equine portraits, it features a stunning brown horse on a ochre background with a cream bridal lace pattern across its body in pastel colour palette.
These pieces are made from the heart and embody all that is powerful and graceful of the horse, with a delicate touch.

This portrait is of a stunning Clydesdale Cross horse named Nostradamus, who embodies grace and power. This image has made Semi-finalist in the 2022 Australian Photographic Prize, as well as receiving a Silver award (and top 10 Pet Photographs in Australia) at 2022 Rise Awards.
