Living near the beach I am always inspired by the coast and its changing atmosphere. This subtle painting depicts the washout that many coastal lagoons experience after heavy rains. The rains fill the lagoons to the brim and the water finally breaks through and makes its way to the ocean.
The painting has been created with Australian made Art Spectrum Professional Artists oil paint on stretched gallery wrapped Cotton Canvas on a timber support. Painted on the edges and finished with Art Spectrum Gloss Varnish to protect and enhance the painting. The painting has hanging points for both track systems and a single hanging point.
