Most people love clear sunny skies, I'll take a storm any day! . Stormy weather brings us a density and weight to the atmosphere and with it many beautiful colours. When I look at this painting It feels like I can smell the rain as the sky begins to clear. Underpainting is done with acrylic paint and finished with oils. Textures on the surface are visible and I paint with the colours I'm feeling at the time.
