This is one of a set of two stippled artworks, titled Eucalyptus Sprawl. Sold separately, each are enshrined behind ArtGlass. They feature sprawling gum leaves—reaching, curling, unfolding across white space.
Each leaf is drawn with thousands of black ink dots, a slow meditation on form, presence, and the quiet language of the natural world. The pair is housed in restored antique frames, which I salvaged and restored by hand—bringing new life to what was once forgotten.
Together, the artworks and frames speak of time: how things grow, fall, break, and are remade. The leaves sprawl outward, uncontained, unapologetic—mirroring the way we grow into who we truly are.
This work honours the sacred in the overlooked. It’s a reminder that beauty exists in the unfurling, and that even what’s broken can frame something whole.
