Artwork Description

The Scribbly Gum Tree - Eucalyptus Haemastoma - is a treasured Australian icon. For me it's a source of inspiration with the richness of its colours and its abstract zig-zagging lines created by the moth grub as it tunnels the old and new barks. It is easily found throughout NSW coastal plains and hills in the Sydney region.
