Adelaide Based, Yoga instructor and full time mum turned artist. Growing up in Adelaide, Lena was always a creative individual and hobbyist.

After having her first son in 2016, Lena started pivoting away from her black, white and occasional navy career in-front of a screen in the Aviation industry and started to explore a life of dreaming in colour and creativity. She started painting and finding joy through exploring colour on canvas.

Lena is an abstract colourist who explores the concept of messy art. Lena connects with her audience through movement of unplanned brush strokes and the occasional organised chaos of patchworks. Lena's inspiration comes from feelings experiences in colours and the day to day of being a full time mum to young boys. When she is not painting, Lena is a yoga teacher and a keen yoga practitioner with a strong interest in the importance of mindfulness.
