In this expressive contemporary treescape, I’ve used a rich colour palette, with bold, loose marks and details that compel the viewer to look closer. There is softness, calm and a tone of hopeful optimism.

Combining multiple layers of acrylics and oils, using brush and pallet knife, with the scene continuing around all sides, this large painting will bring a peaceful yet striking focal point into any setting. It is painted on a custom made, high quality, deep edged canvas.
