Working largely with acrylics, I have developed a visual language that that sits somewhere between abstraction and figuration.
I use art to tell stories about identity, memory, mental illness, relationships, gender and feminism.
There is a strong intersection between my art and my own personal and professional life (as a medical practitioner).
Ultimately, my paintings are about the human experience, and particularly the experience of women.
