Artwork Description

I am always trying my best to share knowledge of the polynesian cultures, their differences between each other as well as their similarities. This piece was a way to express the uniqueness of Hawaiian culture through the use and design of their traditional weapons. The Hawaiians favoured using shark teeth as part of their weaponry and although other polynesian cultures did as well the Hawaiians were really the masters at this craft.

It will always be a passion of mine to share the history, knowledge and practices of all polynesian cultures, through my art.
