Artwork Description

Inspired by memories of being surrounded by the colour, luminosity of huge varities of flowers in my mom’s garden, Night Bloom emerged as a reflection of the delicate light, movement and energy that lives within each unique bloom.

Layers of colour and expressive brushwork came together to create a symphony of harmony, presence and quiet wonder.

Part of my Botanical Series, Night Bloom has just been listed and is now available through Bluethumb Gallery.

Most of my paintings begin with a single colourful brushstroke—a way of tuning into what wants to be expressed. The journey is often unexpected, and each piece seems to arrive with its own unique energy and resonance.
