Pollute

This piece was inspired by articles I was reading regarding fast fashion's detrimental effects on the environment. More specifically the pollution in water affecting marine life as per the depiction of vibrant coloured fish. In this piece you can see how the copic markers spread the ink from the ball point pen and "leak" into the water below.

My name is Sherridan, I am 30 years old and I have created artwork for as long as I can remember.
My art studies have been mainly through school with a few online courses to further develop my skills.
The highlight of my achievements with my work was recently when my artwork was accepted into the Flanagan Art Prize Exhibition. Previously I had been doing commission artwork rather than selling artwork that is in styles that I want to create so I am now using this platform to sell the artwork in my own distinctive style.
My passion is for portraiture in a combination of abstract, photorealism and hyper realism styles.
