In 2011 I left Maison Moschino design team in Milan and launched the luxury label SILVIYA NERI during Paris Fashion Week. Until now, Silviya Neri has established itself as an iconic luxury label specialising in silk scarves sold across the globe at top's boutiques and department stores including Merci in Paris, United Arrows in Tokyo and Barneys in New York, and has been featured in the international publications Vogue Italia, Interni, WeAr Mag, Decades, and Terrific Fashion book by Christina Morozzi. Each print is a hand drawn painting telling its own story with a language saturated in universal beauty. Having a strong education in Art, Fashion and Textile under my belt, I mix these three ingredients into a magical and intriguing designs that emblazon textiles, walls and various objects. I have collaborated with boutiques (A Smith Japan), furniture companies (Altre Forme Italy), fashion brands (Yvailo, More' Noir), as well as charity organisations (Race against Dementia Monaco, Variety Children Australia, Fashion Aid Sydney) and event management companies (Amber Lounge Monte Carlo, Fashion Palette Sydney).
"Natura Viva", a natural continuation of my work practice, is a secret garden of pierced flower sculptures and surreal botanical illustrations. Visual poetry of natural curiosities, a botanical feast for the eyes. My art is made to amuse, uplift and inspire people and bring beauty, magic and wonder back to our lives and homes.
