The sea swirls about this sandstone rock between Cape Paterson and Inverloch in Victoria. I love the curve of the rock shelf and the muted colours revealed by the long exposure. The ocean feels intimidating to me, without being threatening. A sleeping giant rather than a wild beast. But the rock remains steadfast.
This is one of a limited set of five prints, available on Museo Portfolio Rag (or on Hahnemuhle canvas if you want a simple stretched mounting over a frame).
