A stunning french reading chair painted from life in Provence during a week long painting workshop run by Julian Merrow-Smith (Postcard from Provence). The accommodation during the workshop was brimming with aesthetic beauty and I hoped to capture that with this little study. I was so pleased with how the colour came out and this little painting will cosy up any space such as a bedroom, family room or maybe a reading nook with it's welcoming seat.
