Part of my War Series, this piece intends to create a feeling of drama and superiority over the land, the two watch towers are impossibly tall compared to the trees below them. The blackened trees in the snow symbolize fallen soldiers who have been caught in the light of the towers and smoke billows in the background, polluting the clear night sky.
